Tennison shares some of his most exciting African big game hunting experiences , predominantly with the big five. The book also contains a sections of photos taken from Tennison’s collection. Tennison was one of the early American leaders in big game conservation movement, both personally but also through Game Conservation International.

Hardcover in leatherette binding with gilt lettering and decorations. Book is housed in a slipcase. The board corners show wear but overall the book is VERY GOOD. The paper covering the slipcase has a significant tear across the top of the slipcase. Slipcase is in GOOD condition.
